Here’s what we’ll need from you to create your new website.

How does setup work?
Once you sign up, you’ll get access to our comprehensive guides and workbooks, which will guide you through creating your content and choosing your photos.
Once you send us everything, you’ll see your first draft within two weeks. From there, your setup fee includes 2 rounds of revisions before launching the site.
Do I need my own domain (URL)?
If you have a domain (aka, a web address or a URL), we’ll make sure your new website uses it. If you don’t have one yet, just let us know what you want to use and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s included.
Is E-Mail included?
No. However, we are happy to set you up with the email provider of your choice. Our recommendation is gSuite (Google’s professional business email that runs on gmail). The cost for this is $5/month, billed directly to your credit card by Google.
Is web hosting included?
Our top-of-the-line web hosting is included in your monthly fee, and includes daily backups, hacker-proof security, blazing-fast speeds, SSL (https) certificates, and more.
Can I edit my own site?
Absolutely! Once your site is live, it’s easy to change photos, add content, update your text, and more. However, if you don’t want to do any of that, just send us your changes and we’ll get them live asap – that’s included in your monthly fee.
Is SEO included?
Yes and no. Each Therapist Theme is built on a solid foundation of the latest SEO best practices. This includes using clean code, mobile-friendly design, fast load times, and optimized heading tags. However, keyword research and ongoing SEO is not a part of the package.

I already have a site - Can you use that?
Absolutely! If you already have a website and you want us to use all the existing content, just let us know.
Can you write my page text for me?
Yes. Our amazing copywriter is an MFT with years of expertise writing web pages for therapists. Our rates range from $75 – $105, depending on length.
Who chooses my photos?
While we highly suggest providing us with your own photography, we will use our stock photo archives to fill in any blanks.
How many pages are included in setup?
Your setup fee includes 10 pages. If you need us to create additional pages, the rate is $25 each or 5 for $100.
Note – you can always add pages yourself once your site is live. Or, we can do it for you at that point (included in your monthly fee).
If I leave, can I take my site with me?
While the text and any photos you provide are yours to do whatever you want with, any and all design, images, or content provided by Therapist Themes is non-transferable.
Do you design logos?
Yes. If you don’t have your own logo, we’re happy to design one for your practice for $500.
